Beginning with the removal of 1960s insurance campus buildings, Fullmer participated in a complete Design/Build process of eight individual high-end single-story retail buildings totaling 256,400 square feet. Located in beautiful Costa Mesa, multiple residential furniture design stores fill the campus, and retail space for fast food services compliment the area for the design center shoppers.
Retail Sample Projects
Fullmer completed a nearly 5,000 square foot multi-tenant retail building in the city of Gardena, CA. Located at the bustling intersection of Normandie Ave and Redondo Beach Boulevard, Fullmer converted an aging bank building into a vibrant new piece of the community.
The building offers space for three tenants and is anchored by Starbucks. Fullmer was thrilled with the opportunity to build the latest location for the coffee giant. The project began with the complete demolition of the existing bank building, with some demo of the existing parking pavement also included. The new structure was then built, consisting of a new concrete pad, wood stud framing and 4-ply roof system. Site work included new paving and landscaping.
Located in Rancho Cucamonga on one of its primary thoroughfares in Milliken Avenue, Fullmer developed this multi-tenant retail center consisting of two buildings and totaling 13,500 square feet of divided tenant space. The center features upgraded wall stone, steel canopies and cornice features, as well as ample parking. Both restaurants and retail stores occupy the space.
Fullmer built Foothill Home Center in Rancho Cucamonga, California. The 11,173 square foot retail development was positioned adjacent to another retail center. This gave Fullmer the challenge of creating a building that mirrored the style and feel of the area while still offering tenants a unique space to develop within.
